Shinobu is believable. Sakura though has still been living in a lie for months and only now is she starting to have her new life get shaken again.
It only got 3 volumes with like each being under 10hrs reading time and then a prequel vol 0. The manga feels like it introduces some new characters too like Karamizakari did and changes certain events. I read all 3 (more of a VN reader than manga) but not the prequel but it's been a long time. Finding myself enjoying the manga more, the VN versions were like semi-horror which I'm a bit bad with.
Well he has a premonition in chapter I think 43 about being in a facility with a girl he is rescuing or escorting that becomes a zombie and the other girl is there 2 but she fucks him seems the spear maiden bites him and the girl he had a kid with can feel something is lost in that moment. So I think the intelligent zombies take over. I wonder if he is really a zombie himself?
I think her toughts during 133 and 134 show that she kinda didn't totally move on from Shinobu too but she is starting to have that realization now.(i trying to help you here😅)
