Rather than the sex scene specifically Mio's just giving Sakura a push on the back to not feel ashamed of her past, the things she's been through, and to prove her "value" in the present that she believe in.

It's not the sex scene they were talking about there and mio doesn't do those kinds of scenes herself they were talk8ng about Sakura modeling work and her lack values where she is now and proving they are there.

Hey it's why I'm 50/50 right now on it I have a feeling they will end together I have evidence pointing in that direction sakura misses shionbu shionbu misses sakura my proof for Sakura is well scant but it's there my evidence for shionbu is also scant but fumi wouldn't BE insecure if he didn't. He is conflicted about things about fumi doing the scene what it means for the movie if she doesn't and I'm certain sakura is in his thoughts as well.

I still think Sakura will learn the whole truth through other people—maybe through Mio and the people living in the old house, or perhaps during a heated argument before breaking up where the playboy reveals his meeting with Shinobu in chapter 130. If Shinobu meets Sakura, he might hide certain things and frame the story in the gentlest way possible. The moment Shinobu meets Sakura again might be when Sakura is breaking down after finding out the truth, and Shinobu comes to save her; then Sakura will ask, 'Do we still have a chance?' and Shinobu will reply, 'Sorry, the one I love right now is Fumi-chan.

For now all we know is Sakura is still in Mio's car so a chance it picks up from there. It's unclear how much a role fucboi will have in the finale going from this chapter since whatever relationship they had is now conveniently treading thin ice seemingly out of nowhere.

Everything else here has a plausible chance of happening minus the last part which is going to be more complicated because it's a much anticipated interaction between two people who were in love and forcefully ripped apart by a writer and editor thinking this was some high school science experiment FAFO edition and they brought in the mentos and coke.
