This is a jp comment from 131 that is pretty much the sentiment of the whole story if that interview holds true.

It was a necessary farewell for Shinobu to find happiness, so it was actually a good thing.

I think Shinobu called "Fumi-chan" in 133 and 134

I double-checked all the way back to when Shinobu first met Fumi. He has always called her 'Fumi-chan.'

Couldnt see slutkura valueing shinobu in a personal aspect. She literally was saying she knew what she was doing with shinobu without him she is lost. Thats it.
I bet against odds and hope for airi once.
Yeah i agree just because she is the fmc she will be back together with shinobu not because of some decent redeeming. Would be even fine with them getting back together with a decent redeeming... was probably to much for airi.
Shinobu suffered for months and couldnt get her out of his head, slutkura suffering more is overstatement ngl.

too little. Her mood could be changed by a topic change + she still lives or atleast sees fuckboi probably on daily basis before meeting nagi and mio... not to mention she still fucking with him or were fucking with him.

Granted that seems to be what she is missing in 133 is his direction so it's hard to tell she doesn't have his advice anymore so she has to decide what to do on her own mio helps her think threw it similarly to how shinobu would not quite that same way since he could be more direct as her manger though.

That side-eye could also come from a woman who has just lost a friend—or someone she values—in a non-romantic sense. Everything she’s shown in her thoughts has always been related to work, which makes sense given Chapter 134; no one denies she’s sad (even if it’s portrayed poorly), but whenever work is involved, she thinks of Shinobu. Shinobu, on the other hand, thinks of her when he sees food or when someone cooks for him. But at this point everything we say is again just speculation. In airi i hope let fumi and shinobu end up

Just the two chapters imo, if we pick at the wording you might see an angle for 3 or some surprise announcement but I don't think there's enough story to drag out anymore, it's just time to resolve remaining conflicts and wrap things up.

I just want Mio to give Shinobu a call at this point because why not, she's had a more extended convo with Sakura, knows she might wind up in some trouble hence her offer. She knows Shinobu personally so why not call and get his side of the story atp.

I ain't pulling up the raws but reddit TL goes "Two chapter until the end", so the vibe there is we only have two chapters left like everyone is thinking and KA is not helping, nor have any announcement been made as far I know. In short everyone is just make heavily evidenced speculations for now ig.

I see what you're getting at, and it's times like this where if we had someone who understood the raws then it'd be a big help. We won't know much more until 135 but for now everyone and their mom thinks its just two chapters to go.

I hope the ending pulls it together like Silent war, but I highly doubt it will. I know yall hype Shinobu up, but honestly, I dont see the hype, he’s literally the ultimate simp with a little backbone at some occassions. Any MC who refuses to communicate over a basic misunderstanding and instead just steps aside, letting his girlfriend sleep with another guy for months because he thinks it'll 'make her happier,' is a terribly written protagonist. Especially after considering everything he’s done for her. Im sorry but I hate him for that. ANY sort of resistance would've made him look much better.

Then we have Sakura. She’s an awful girlfriend who uses ikemen for months to satisfy her physical needs, but the fucking author expects us to feel sorry for her just because we get a few panels of her looking depressed. I absolutely despise the 'my body is with him, but my heart is yours' trope. Two chapters are nowhere near enough to earn any sort of redemption. If Shinobu actually takes her back after all this, he’s just as pathetic as she is (well not really but I cant stand mcs who dont have the balls to actually give consequences for cheating).
And also, I dont want Shinobu to be in contact with Sakura even as a friend. She can go her separate way. She will just become a hindrance and a point of insecurity for Fumi with her relationship with Shinobu. She laid her bed, now she can sleep in it.

Just strap in for the finale when its here, enjoy the 2~4 weeks ride left and don't think about it too much. In the end, it's a fictional ntr rom-com so no point getting mad if the rom-com suddenly reinserts itself in the dumbest of ways.

Like i said both of them probably have lingering feeling for each other because both felt impacted for losing both presences in their lives.

We saw Shinobu feeling really depressed in 131,that made even all his coworkers worry about him because he didn't answer their mensages and we saw him making a mention for Sakura,and we saw him not having any resentful feelings for Sakura even after what she did for him and wishes the best for her,and when Fumi was cooking for him he mentioned Sakura so lingering feelings still exist here but it was showed that Fumi is trying everything to support him for his work and that she'll do everything for him because she loves him and that lingering feelings that Shinobu has for Sakura made her feel insecure about herself and that was the reason why she wanted to do the sexual scene.

For Sakura's case we saw her doing a forced smile in 131 because of the blondie put her hand in her cheeks but she was really sad in the scene,in 133 she had their conversation with Nagi and Mio and once again she showed a sad face when Shinobu was mentioned and tried to do a fake smile but we clearly see that she is really sad when Shinobu's topic started and we saw her valuing her time with Shinobu with gravature work saying that was fun and in 134,we had the conversatio with Fuckboi that showed the way opposite from Fumi because he did not give the support that she wanted and we can see that their relationship is really distant for lovers, and after that we saw her having the conversation with Mio and Saying that because of Shinobu she was able to give her best because of him and now that he is gone she doesn't know what to do now that he isn't with her and we see that she isn't happy with her actress career and that Sakura's monologue in my opinion can be interpreted that she values Shinobu in both aspects(personal and profesional).I understand when people say that she is just talking about profesional aspect but i see that being really implied that she is talking also about the personsal aspect from Shinobu and it is made in a subtle way.

In short words,yes i think they still have lingering feelings for each other.And i see that they both "suffered" because of their separation and we see those lingering feelings in a subtle way.But also we see the difference how their respective partners handle their situations because Fumi shows that she'll support him no matter what and i think she is really helping Shinobu in his worst moment and we see that Shinobu has some feelings for her, and with Fuckboi will not do the same effort to support Sakura(and that makes the break up really possible to happen) and we see that she is not happy with how is her life right now.

So for me the ending with Sakura x Shinobu is possible but it would take a really good effort to make that possible and i thing the likely ending will be Shinobu x Fumi and Sakura pretty likely to be single because her relation with fuckboi probably won't last that much.But i can see a reconciliation happening because of this ligering feelings that was showed by both Sakura and Shinobu but it would take a big forced drama to that happen.

At least Shinobu and Sakura will end as friends because with Shinobu's personality and we were showed that he does not have any resentful feelings toward Sakura i see that they will end at least as friends and coworkers.
