Jinsei Gyakuten this is such a gem!

I've officially put Jinsei Gyakuten at the very top of my favorite light novel list. It's seriously so good. Based on the latest updates, it looks like the MC and FMC are about to have their 'first time' with each other, while the bullies/culprits are already locked up in juvenile hall. Only Miyuki hasn't faced trial or school punishment yet.

I've officially put Jinsei Gyakuten at the very top of my favorite light novel list. It's seriously so good. Vibes aren't checking out personally for me, linework details around the fingers and armpits don't match too well, some shading differences + the lighting (maybe filming effect). jinsei gyakuten is good if youre into unforgivable revenge. For a simple case of cheating its a bit excessive of what will happen to miyuki. She's just cheating on eiji, the ending is too harsh for her. And yet here for grapara! ending sakura maybe made to escape without any hitch.

Actually, according to what I once asked the author, D-sensei, the timeline of the story is currently around January. This means four months have passed since the affair and Miyuki's mother's hospitalization, though I'm not sure if she is still in the hospital. In my opinion, with Miyuki having a criminal record, being expelled from school, and not even having a high school diploma, no matter where she goes, it will be hard for her to live a normal life.

But in this case, Miyuki actually colluded with her lover to frame the MC with fake evidence, slandering him and triggering a massive witch-hunt at school. It got so bad that the MC almost committed suicide, if it weren't for him meeting Ichijou Ai. As for Sakura, she didn't commit any crime involving the law like Miyuki anyway, so her punishment might simply be the regret of losing Shinobu forever.

If Miyuki was just cheating, it'd be no problem. The point is, she got along with the plan to attack the MC just to protect her image, this is unacceptable. The sensei also mentioned he'd help her if she confessed from the start but she decided to lie to him. She selected to destroy the MC to keep her good image. The reason she's not in jail is that she cooperated and went with the flow, she didn't plan or take the action.
