As far as NTR creators go we could've done a lot worse than having Katsura Airi. Given how mentally frail Sakura can be it really comes off a bit forced from the author by design. All it would've taken is some handholding, a kiss, or a shoulder touch even before Sakura starts losing focus and goes along with whatever fucboi wanted imo. Feels like another telltale sign they needed to rush this for the ending setup oomf.

But like you said i think is unlikely(not impossible) to him make another appearance again in the last 2 chapter.(only a mention probably) and it was stated in the final page of 134 that is the only one who is not present here,meaning that he is not relevant anymore.
