Only option was Fumi but given her own personal struggles right now it doesn't feel like a real option. Maybe Chico or Ryusei found out off screen but then them doing nothing this whole time makes no sense, especially for Chico.

Maybe Mio feels like Sakura is struggling, so she calls to blame Shinobu, only to be told by Shinobu that he didn't cheat. And then Sakura will find out how much pain Shinobu went through over the past few months through Chico. It's possible that during their breakup argument, the playboy reveals what he actually said to Shinobu at the cafe.

It would be best if Mio drove Sakura to an izakaya with a private room. Mio feels that because Shinobu abandoned Sakura, Sakura is going through this tough time. Mio calls Shinobu, puts him on speakerphone, and motions for Sakura to stay quiet and listen. Mio blames him and then hears the truth from Shinobu, which Sakura also hears and gets deeply shocked. After that, Mio drives Sakura back to the old house to see Shinobu, but they meet Chico instead, who tells them that Shinobu was depressed for a few months after the breakup. I think that's the most direct and fastest way, saving page count for other content.

She's had this coming for 7+ chapters, sucks that it needed an axe to get to this point faster.

Airi has to do at least one good thing for us after the mess she made in 129(the 132 and 133 likely was publisher's idea) and i think if she does a bad thing here is a temporary goodbye to the mainstream mangas(she'll be all right because she has her infinite farm in Karami Zakari)

This is what we all want to see—even the Japanese want to see that scene with Sakura. That’s why we’re all eagerly awaiting the last two episodes; everyone wants to see Sakura suffering.

I think that is almost a unanmious wish by the readers.It would be hella satisfying.

I honestly want Chico to be the one who gives sakura the reality check not only because she is probably the only one who might still believe in Shinobu but also because she will "calmly" (like dumbeldore did) talk to Sakura and explain Shinobu's side.
