if you read this story with attention,you know that Shinobu does not hold any grudge towards Sakura so is pretty likely to him forgive her and start again as friends.As romantic aspect i think is pretty hard,it only happens if we see the power of the FMC in action here.

I think Shinobu does hold a grudge against Sakura; her constant fear has always been that people will take advantage of her. Even at the beginning, she saved Sakura from making her JAV debut, and the same thing is happening now with Fumi—she’s afraid and doesn’t want Fumi to film that sex scene.
I don't think he holds a grudge because in chapter 131 he made that clear parting their ways was necessary because she would be to worried about him.So i think he doesn't hold any grudge to her abd pretty likely he'll forgive her and become friends,and maybe work with her again.Like i said on the comment the romantic way is hard to see that happen but she is the FMC so the door to that happen is never closed.
That would lead to more insecurities for fumi. Which if shinobu is going to be portrayed as a man and choose fumi, he will prioritize fumi much more before sakura.

Therein lies the problem with this chapter, it's not entirely clear at the tail end of their conversation whether Shinobu actually picked up on Fumi's insecurities over Sakura or not. At the same time, from the conversation Shinobu might've gotten a general understanding regardless of whether he heard Fumi mention Sakura's name at that point or not since he seems to be still thinking about it in the end.
Well, if Shinobu doesn't hold a grudge against him, it would make her look bad. After what the Playboy said to her in Chapter 130 and the message Sakura sent her, there's no way she wouldn't hold a grudge. The Playboy literally told her that he filled her womb with his semen all night long, while he was looking for her.
This is what makes Shinobu the MC for better or worse. It makes him respectable.

I would not say a grudge after i saw 133 and 134 because she really valued Shinobu in these chapters but i would say she felt really hurt about that.(Even if i know that the only who was hurt was Shinobu all the time)
