as you can see here Shinobu's being punished for not loving Fumi enough and not forget about her ex, Sakura. At the same time we got development for Ikeman, and how much he loves Sakura that she's now considering allowing the sex scene.
in the end, Sakura gets the best deal, a better toyboy, sex scenes without restriction or reproach while Shinobu gets himself cucked a second time.
