Team harem ending and everybody gets happy

Why? Because box didn’t channel their inner romantic yet?
You've just come back into the light (ShiFumi) keep up that positive outlook. No one should be Team Scorced Earth because the only loser in that one is Shinobu. I'm aware they had the interview mentioning how Shinobu would lose something, but that'd he also gain from it and I'm pretty sure they weren't just talking about him gaining his old convenience store job for an ending.

I don't think KA has any moral message to express. She just hates men and wants to see them in despair. It's not like doing adult scenes, cheating on your partner or getting gangbanged after rejection are "liberation." Most women would find that idea appalling. If she actually cared about women's rights, she would be writing consequences for all the terrible men in the series. Instead, she only focuses on hurting the MC.

It's more likely that KA is just unhinged. Perhaps she got rejected by a man once IRL because of her sexual past. That's why she is making all these NTR works as revenge to protect her ego.
I've already written about this in another comment, but I disagree with you that the author hates men and that's why she denigrates them. Because, aside from portraying many men as harassers and sexual predators—which may exist in the world of gravure and AV, as well as in modeling and other professions—she also portrays others as cowards who simply endure constant humiliation without raising their voices. She also denigrates most women, making them seem like nymphomaniacs, lustful, and brainless, acting with their vaginas instead of their brains.

So what if he lost love and gained a career then? That’s not really better imo. Money doesn’t buy happiness, it only pretends to buy happiness

At the very least becoming a director was always his dream since the beginning so you might be onto something actually

The thing is, based on Shinobu's thoughts about the scene, the way Nagi described it, and what we saw in the conversation between Shinobu and Ryusei, it seems like it's actual sex. I might be wrong, and it could turn out that they pause at some point, but I think it's natural to assume that they don't pause and that it's actual sex.
For me, the issue was that Fumi got naked, not that she had actual sex, especially not in a commercial film. Shinobu's proposal was to minimize nudity by using lighting and camera angles that gave the impression of nudity without actually showing anything.

Well so far the only thing that actually happened was Fumi going topless and jumping her acting partner.

And if you think about this calmly this mess can be resolved very easily:

Cut the scene and order everyone except Fumi to leave the room for a while.
Talk things out with Fumi and make sure both sides understand what the other wants to convey.
Shinobu chose to write the script in that way because he absolutely hates to see Fumi with a different man like that. That’s all he needs to tell her.
If she asks if it would be different if it was Sakura, he only needs to deny that.
Fumi needs to tell him exactly why she did what she did and maybe also be honest about her worries. Both of them need to be on the same page. And Fumi, with now knowing why he rewrote the scene like that, should reassure him that no matter what’s going to happen, she would always come back to him because he’s the only person she loves. It‘s not that difficult to write, until you look at who the author is.

It sounds so easy yet its so hard for a certain someone... ak is trash and she would go the shinobu watches fumi get fucked because he become stupid as shit instead of shinobu shouting CUT and atleast give fumi lecture...

It seems like a cheap trick to have Shinobu sleep with and date Fumi for a while just to balance things out with Sakura. Then in the final chapter, Airi will force Sakura and Shinobu to break up with their new partners and ultimately get back together.
I agree with you except for the part about Sakura and Shinobu returning. The Japanese prefer sad endings; I think they'll end up alone together.

It sounds too good to be true, and on top of that, that one-month timeskip doesn't help much. Seriously, couldn't Shinobu and Fumi just say what they really think? Unbelievable

What are you guys fighting for ? Is it Sakura x shinobu? If so my hopeless romantic is still there beaten and bloody but still there.
If there's any romance in that pairing, it'll only be one-sided. One misunderstanding from Shinobu, and Sakura runs into fuckboi's arms (albeit unintentionally). Fuckboi badmouths Shinobu, the man that Sakura supposedly loves with no pushback, then just ditches him via text and has fuckboi give him the news.

That's not romance. That's a relationship with conditional reciprocation. Borderline manipulation. Miss me with that shit.
