Yes her last romantic thought of shinobu is a self centered one of her think he aboundond her. Dose she fight for him no did she support his dream no did she trust him no. She leaves him with a text message his last interaction with her is her running away from him and she up and aboundond their relationship in the first 2 hours of trouble by jumping into bed with another guy. It's hard for me to believe she ever really loved him the first time he reaches for his own dream she stumbled.

Ryusei was great, I liked learning more about his background and their chat did benefit Shinobu in helping him complete his script. Fumi takes the lion share of blame here, we'll see if they can sort their differences or if events take an more unexpected turn following all this.

Why I feel the text message can't be their last interaction. I won't say everyone, but I think more than a few would like a confrontation between the two before the story lowers the curtains.
Also if it was someone she didn't care about abandoning her, again she doesn't break down like that. We know she has a complicated family issue with cheating (sweet irony) too.

Also she still gets sad when she thinks about the times when Shinobu was with her.
See the problem is the last chapter is the only chance we will have to see them interact in some capacity in not just this volume which is odd but in the story. Any interaction has to come after the fallout from the sex scene so it will be a padge or two at best. So nothing meaningful for us readers.
Kinda funny that Sakura seems depressed when thinking of her time working with shinobu and he remembers them fondly granted he has only done it once and her once the second time is more her not needing him anymore to make those decisions.

We can judge it by then if we see it, I won't fixate on the page count, tis an old saying but a picture is worth a thousand words. It depends on what KA feels is worth focusing on in this final chapter though and again none of the indicators that they're even close to crossing paths is there so it's reliant on a twist happening essentially.

If they don't meet again in the final chapter we can nickname them "The Parallel MC dynamic duo" where KA made a bunch of parallels between Shinobu and Sakura so much that they even end up missing each other in the final chapter because of the rules of "parallel" bwahaha.
Bet KA didn't score high in geometry.

Bros, we'll separate in two weeks and I'm worried about the way you hurt yourself with your own imagination. But it's your life and I'm not your parent anyway. So, I'll provide you some information to be considered.
First, Metamorphosis was originally created and self-published by Shindo L. as an independent "doujinshi," and was later published as a serialized manga and printed in volumes by comic publishers like Comic X-Eros. More importantly, Shindo L. is one of the well-known artist for dark comics, quite famous for its depressing storyline such as Sarashi Ai, Junai Irregulars, TSF Monogatari, etc.
So, readers know from the start what they're reading and don't have to be afraid of being betrayed as Grapara which is a manga with a genre "love comedy".
Grapara manga is a fraud but Metamorphosis doujinshi is not.
Please focus on the differences between "doujinshi" and "manga" as well as the genre "hentai" of Metamorphosis and the genre "love comedy" of Grapara.
Second, Sakura didn't go to cucboy's room with the intention to have sex. She just reported him that his suspicion about Shinobu's cheating was true but didn't expect to meet him. She was surprised to see him at the train station !
She just followed him to his room, she didn't call him and ask him to take her to his room. She didn't undress herself. She only lied down and let the cucboy did whatever he wanted like Nagi did. I remember @Alsatia told us about this before many times but many of you don't want to accept it or try to forget it. I'm not a feminist but I have a little sense of justice. LOL
That's why the author (I suspect it's Keishi Nishikida sensei now, not Airi Katsura (sensei) anymore, because he never asked for supporting Grapara but he did on 27 July 2026 by his X about "Kachiwari" character) brought Nagi, because Nagi also laid down and said "do whatever you want" at first before licking Topy's dick after that as she's in the mood.
I also beleive that Nagi and Mio in chapter 132 and 133 was not in the main plan but it's inserted to be the "damage control" as you guys have mentioned. So sad, it failed so the Grapara was cut short.
Volume sales may not be important to AK (sensei) but it's important to KN sensei. But sorry, we can't help KN sensei because it means we are supporting AK (sensei) who should be in a hospital, not to cause trouble to society. I'm not angry at AK (sensei), I believe she needs to see the doctor.
Life is too short. We all can be upset many times but please don't stay with them too long. Just do something instead to throw them away...
I myself read the other truly romcom mangas especially about the manga artist to cure myself from Grapara. LOL

@jonasadan Frankly, sorry to say that Airi Katsura (sensei) may not be sued because in the real world, money is everything.
Even if she gets sued, her sentence will be reduced because she has a mental illness. The plaintiffs probably won't get much money from her, other than pressuring her to get treatment for her mental illness which would be good for her anyway. Would anyone really go to that extent for her?
More importantly, most lawsuits in this world are a waste of time and money except in cases of inheritance or division of existing assets.
Unless you have a generous, justice-loving billionaire willing to cover all the legal costs, the chances of AK (sensei) being sued in real life are low.
Therefore, applying social pressure, publicly exposing Grapara’s misconduct to the point where sales collapse. And tarnishing AK (sensei)’s reputation so that she can no longer work in the manga industry is the most cost and time efficient approach.
However, this requires sustained cooperation from a large number of people over a prolonged period to achieve results. It might take months or a year of pressure to compel Kodansha to sue her for financial and reputational damages rather than the readers having to file the lawsuit themselves/ourselves.
What we can do now is to gather together to ask for refunding claiming that Grapara is not a romcom but we've to ask for refunding as a big group, not go by individual that Kodansha will just give money to keep each person's mouth shut. We must make it big to become news.
That's my realistic opinion.
Please don't get me wrong, I do want AK (sensei) to be sued so she'll be forced to see the doctor because her lawyer will certainly use this point to fight the case in court.
But in reality, it's hard to happen.
Do you think there is anyone who have both time and money as well as a strong will to make the Japanese society better, so the person can't let Grapara destroys the society by promoting crime?
Grapara is very dangerous to society because it misleads people into believing that committing a crime, especially rape, is an expression of overwhelming love and can do without punishments.
The blond's words in chapter 135 clearly narrative a suggestion to commit a crime without hesitation.
She convinced that if you want to steal someone's girlfriend, you just do whatever it takes to get her to your room, confess your feelings, and then quickly rape her before she can even react. Then you can contact her boyfriend telling that you'd sex with his girlfriend already and force him to break up !
Ordinary people are not smart without given the correct knowledge.
Most people (even me before) think that rapes happened in public places by strangers. But the fact is opposite and I gave you guys the stats to read below.
So sad most rapes are exactly what cucboy did to Sakura ! So, Grapara obviously is promoting rape !!!

The more conventional way to handle the cheating would have been to have someone seduce Sakura, but that would have taken longer and been more complicated for Airi. It also wouldn't have given her the opportunity to play with the question of whether Sakura still has feelings for Shinobu.
For Katsura Airi, sex seems to be a tool for pushing the plot in whatever direction she wants. For example, Fumi has doubts, so she gets naked; Sakura regrets what she did with the director, so she has sex with Shinobu...
And as for the consequences of rape, in Karami Zakari there are two attempted rapes and one actual rape, and practically nothing came of them. So I don't think Airi is particularly interested in exploring the consequences of these situations either.
