Prepare to be disappointed random Japanese person.
The manga volumes seem to be selling reasonably well, so I don't think it'll be cancelled. However, looking at the plot, it looks like it will end without resolving the misunderstanding with Shinobu, and the interactions with Nakanishi were rushed, so there are many elements that make me think it might be cancelled. It's been a long-running series, so I at least want it to have an ending that satisfies the readers.
