well, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
FMC cheats! Me: SHE BELONGS TO THE STREETS!
FMC cheats because MC cheated! Me: YOU GO GIRL!!!! YAS QUEEN!!! SLAY!!!
Well, we only saw a panel of her back implying that she kissed the other guy, and usually authors use this for pure bait. I bet the FMC only kissed the other guy on the cheek.

Man, I found the Twitter of the author of hontou wa watashi and almost all the commentors are the same ones who used to comment on Airi's posts hahaha, I think they like to hurt themselves, I don't know what they expect from this type of manga.

Oh boy, thanks for the share. At this point I'm just curious what "extra" comes with it, because volume 14 starts off "strong" (for better or worse) and then towards the end doesn't have a lot going for it, not even in the lewd dept in the last 3 chapters and then a diabolical ending sequence for many.
They are masochists.(Ueno-Kun author is really proud of that)
As Kousei from KZ might put it, "The pain makes me feel alive" or something like that....forgot exactly what he said when reflecting on why he likes seeing Iida get seggs'ed up with other men

This has a good chance, unless Airi really wants to annoy the rom-com group some more and make her loyal fans happy with a diabolical bonus extra. I like your idea.

Would still leave me feeling empty because no real ShiKura interaction that isn't stupid in the end...but tis what it is at that point.

I think it has a huge chance to Nishikida being responsible by the bonus chapter or won't have a bonus chapter.

Airi probably wants to move on from that disaster.

I came across an article about Grapara. After reading it, I was really impressed, so I wanted to share it with you all to check out.The link is below.

Thank you. It was well-written highlighting her/his dissatisfaction with the fact that Sakura didn't talk to Shinobu as much, neither before or during the breakup and nor when they reunited.

I also agree with the idea that the cucboy is not a good guy but quite a selfish villain as Japanese readers' comments pointed out that he went out to buy condoms and water with a clearly intention to definitely have sex that night regardless of whether Sakura consented.

However, the article is written based on the assumption that cucboy and Sakura are dating which contradicts what chapters 132 and 133 (link here) portrayed the one-time sex without subsequent relationship the same as what happened to Nagi and Mio. The author of this article overlooked this point and instead focused on the point that Mio starting an agency company and then complained about it. LOL

There is also a shift in address the cucboy from "Kun" to "San" in chapter 134 (link here) to show the gap of relationship that @diphuc1 observed and there are also many details that can imply they're not going out. Again, the author of this article ignored them. LOL

IMHO, chapter 132-134 are for reducing the anger toward Sakura by making readers imply that she and cucboy didn't going out and Keishi NIshikida sensei intentionally put those details in his drawings.

The author of this article thinks they're going out so s/he wants to see the Sakura and cucboy's conversation (scene) when breaking up too. LOL For me, that scene isn't necessary since they weren't actually dating. So, cucboy just faded out. No need to tell Sakura he wants to break up.

However, the author missed or forgot another CRUCIAL POINT about the "rom-com" genre because what s/he mentioned in this article is just the manga that was actually written as a romance without comedy manga!

If Grapara had simply been a pure romance instead of masquerading as a rom-com, there wouldn't have been an issue with the rom-com readers lured to read it from the start.

But because it claimed to be a rom-com manga, having the FMC get raped is completely unacceptable for rom-com readers! @Alsatia is another person who has already confirmed this concern.

In conclusion, the author of this article forgot what is the difference between "romance" and "love comedy (rom-com)" manga. So sad.

IMHO, I feel the author was talking about the other "NTR romance" manga which is not "NTR love comedy" Grapara. It is a pity that this article lost some (not all) of its credibility in my eyes though it's a good one. So sad I gave it 6/10 instead of 9/10.

Please take care,

P.S. Please always prepare for natural disaster. Please stockpile enough dry food and water to survive until help arrives.

Man, they put a lot of thought into this, and for the points it tackles it's pretty well written and reframes certain parts pretty well.

You're right, also wow I haven't checked Airi's X in forever but it looks like she at some point unpinned the GraPara tweet that showed the 1st chapter where it all started, shame.

Spot on, I'd say article is a 7~9/10 for me though as rather than trying to decode the rom-com aspect that disappeared it tries to focus on the underlying feelings of an NTR romance between the MCs, which might've been Airi-sensei's goal but Airi's execution ultimately made it lost for many readers in the end unless they're trying really hard to see it.
