I don't really care whether it's real or not but i think the only deciding factor will be whether Airi still wants to go farther in Shinobu's humiliation or not, that is your baseline for all these decisions, not reality or even character integrity.

i know this is hard to process but japan releases unsimulated sex movies all the time, they present a story and then there's sex too (real), like nothing. They're not that popular, and there's more acting than sex but they're released on limited runs on theaters all over japan.
there are some more mainstream like "antiporno" , "Aroused by Gymnopedies", "Dawn of the Felines", "Homejack Lockdown" and more.

a few years ago they were really popular to the point that one of the girls from KAMEN RIDER FAIZ (555) did a lesbian scene unsimulated with dildos lol. Of course there are many more simulated that not but you get the point, don't you?
