For those who haven't quite grasped it yet: As you can see in the final panel, what Shinobu is filming at the end is a work based on the previous chapters of this manga. That's why the final scene is a love scene, and the scene where Sakura and Shinobu gaze into each other's eyes and hold hands is a recreation of a similar scene from chapter 102. The figure behind Sakura is the actor playing Shinobu in the story, essentially Shinobu's alter ego, so while it looks like NTR (Netorare - cheating/cuckolding), it's not NTR. Rather, by directly holding hands with Shinobu, Sakura feels the greatest happiness, and the story also portrays the best expression on her face at the moment she and Shinobu become one, and Shinobu succeeds in filming it. And with that, it won the Best Director Award and the Best Actress Award.
