I doubt she will NTR MC "again" since she never did it to begin with, she got involved in that kind of situations but she actively seeked to get out or escape them, not get fucked. Its possible that since this its a Katsura Airi manga, the MC will get NTRed by Sakura (FMC) at the end, but it would be better if he didn't to be honest.
