Oh come on, the whole premise of the underground arena is no-rules fights, but the crowd gets conflicted when someone's neck gets broken? If such an arena existed in real life then instant-death moves and otherwise nasty dishonorable shit are pretty much all you'd see. The fighters in Baki are super nice, trying to avoid killing or permanently maiming their opponents.
