I think that if she [as her executioner persona] promised to not interfere (unless they endanger guild staff or silver sword's life), in return, they would absolutely jump on it.

Also, why did he forget to tell them that the jail-visitation, jail-break, theft and demon god resurrection was explicitly and officially sanctioned by the guild? And that the same guild master had asked those 2 to be present and witness it?
Kind of is important that they know they are not meant to obstruct the demon god resurrection, and that it is official guild policy to have it happen instead.

And I think that jade would stand back on the guild's orders, simply because if the guild is ordering it then surely there is some really good reason behind why they would do so. He would probably demand to get clued in on said reason tho, to judge for himself.
