Who let the onion ninjas in here?

Looks like the festival was good for her. Good thing she got to go.

I wonder if Jade pulled strings to get the organizers to resume the festival after they cleaned up after the attack, or if they were going to do it anyway.

It's kind of impressive to hit that small point with that big hammer.

"I'll just visit as many stalls as I can..."
Until the next thing.

Their version of the Lantern Festival.

Being appreciated is a nice feeling. Though she has other thoughts, like usual.

Not feeling lonely is also a nice feeling. And it's easy to feel lonely when you've lost someone.

But damn, the way this chapter ends feels like a series end.
Kind of feels like one of those cop-out endings where nothing is actually resolved and just ends on a nice feeling.

Honestly, this trope of a lone wolf getting socialized is getting old. It is a bit sad to see her slowly trading in her badassery and becoming another sheep of society.

Thanks for the TL!

While that definitely felt like a series ending, I hope to God it is not actually one. I want to see more of these goofballs.
It's actually pretty amazing that the scanlations are actually in line with the current weekly released for the English dub, what happens next is quite literally either comic form or the next episode this Saturday afternoon(HKT).
It's very rare that an Action Fantasy manga set in a stereotypical skill-system fantasy has a female protagonist that isn't into yuri or locked in some royal ball drama
True, most are either dudes, the great set up of a lesbian artist,or involves royalty(the latter two can happen at the same time too),actually having a commoner female adult who has yet to charm a lesbian in this situation is amazing.
And thus Alina learns about performance punishment: good work means you get rewarded with more work.
The downside of being popular.
If she was workin' in a white collar office job, they would've dumped more work on her without a promotion nor a raise.

Might even have the boss consider punishing her for being a good worker simply because the boss saw her without any work in the few instances where she finishes work earlier(there was actually a boss on Quora who asked if they should punish their worker for this).

But hey, being this good means you can be close to achiving irreplacable status, they can't afford to fire you.
Honestly, this trope of a lone wolf getting socialized is getting old. It is a bit sad to see her slowly trading in her badassery and becoming another sheep of society.
Most of the lass and her bad ass comes from her unstoppable rage due to bad work conditions, and those are clearly not going away, and she was only doing it alone so she wouldn't be forced out of bad but stable, predictable, steady work conditions into dangerous but also unstable, upreditcable, unsteady work conditions.

Which,BTW,her whole job is exactly a sheep job, she's a Goddamn receptionist, remember?,she is literally the wolf in sheeps' clothing that just got more friends that further help both sides of her.

At least now she can learn to be more relaxed and less high strung.

As a person who works in Quality Control, I know the feeling of people trying to exploit your kindness by trying to churn more stuff before the call time.

Loved her reaction to all the praise for her work performance. At least she has enough self control to not bust out the warhammer on the them.

There is a nice closing of the arc feeling here. Alina has realized she has grown as a person. Yes, she wants to protect her precious time after work and reduce Overtime, but she realizes she now has close friends who care about her and she cares about them. She will fight the demons for their sake. She is an excellent hero. Tiny, but fierce.

Her weapon charged up by the power of her love of her comrades makes me think in the strange multiverse of things, she was bestowed Amoracchius in the form of a hammer and not a Sword.

am i missing something? if guild master can stop time why he wouldn't go to the dungeon with the mc? would make clear them much easier and much less risky

Nice, the end?

I feel like we can't go much further with power scaling unless ya wanna go stupid, and probably the only thing is maybe a wrap-up chapter where Alina is properly together with Jade?

Hope they don't drag it too long

Work Ethic is a hoax meant to get you to sell more of your time for less wages!

Why we are lazy! The Future goes to the slipshod, and the slothful, and the bovine! The dim bulbs get the fleshy pulp and the bright ones settle for the rinds!
Why we are lazy! Cause boors and dinks and dullards always win the prizes! The virtuos always get the shaft and the chaff always rises!

Based on what we know, his time stop wouldn't work on the demon gods.
And they'd get it if they killed him.
Edit: The anime has provided the answer to what the hell he's been trying to do this entire time.

Totally, I had to check the page to make sure the series didn’t get axed.
