I actually hate this decision, i get that this is a downer manga, but come on, isn't it already bleak enough. should've just given her an off ramp in chapter 10 and just leave her.

Overall this work is super compelling, and totally worth a read, with characters that have multitudes, but after leaving her on a relatively good note, it almost feels like too much.

Nooooooooo she was my favourite character..... ughhh :-( Sucks that they gave her such a hopeful direction with supportive parents and everything, and now she has to die just for the main plot to thicken and for the main characters to feel more guilty. The manga has been great so far but I have to agree that this just felt like a cheap development for dramatic effect rather than something meaningful. Bummer...
