Lord, however, clearly does it purely to cause pain and agony. My guess is Lord is the type to go straight for scaring the individual with deep gashes and harmful burns, whereas Utena would instead alternate between whipping and caressing while avoiding giving them permanent damage. Difference between a bloodthirsty tyrant(Lord) and an aggressive yet caring leader(Utena). I'd definitely prefer Utena as the ruler of the world.
