I'm always going to love Chinese art and storytelling the most bc it's what I grew up on, but credit where it's due: Korea does gritty/dark romance better than anyone. This shit was so unhinged and I loved every minute. The other Gwangwon Industrial stories are just as insane, and every other Manhwa I pick up has scenes that would make the Sanhehui/Triad blush.

Truly just some violent, twisted dynamics in these stories. The only thing Manhwa is more consistent with is their hatred of pink haired women lmao
