1. This is a sequel. If you have not read the first one, do so before reading this. It can be found here: Massacre Happy End. If you plan to read it, please read point a below.
a. The first one is brutal. Not solely in the extremely illustrative gore, which does contribute, but largely in the psychological aspect. I have never before binged a long manga single mindedly over the course of ten hours and feel absolutely awful afterwards. It is a masterpiece, but an absolute trip of raw emotions.
b. The warnings on this are not for show. They are not about curtesy or about small parts. If anything, the warnings are far too light and do not prepare you for the story.
2. This story, like its predecessor, suffers from a poor quality of translation. You have to accept the lower quality for the masterpiece it is.
3. This is just as graphic and awful as the last one. If anything, it may be worse due to a much higher amount of sexual violence.
4. This is, fundamentally, a new story. Same universe and area, but new characters and different plot.

Most importantly, make sure you are the right headspace for this story. The first one sent me into a genuine downward spiral of depression. This one, when fully translated, I can imagine will be similar.

Instrumentalized to show how bad the bad guys are.
Instrumentalized by getting killed, raped, or tortured to be the reason why the MC is going to kill people.
Instrumentalized by showing them most of the time naked or in a stupid, skimpy outfit.
And it goes on, and on, and on....

When the author takes one chapter to brutally show a woman getting raped, tortured, and killed, it doesn't have the same impact as showing a bunch of dudes being killed in a panel. And you know it.

Oh god can you stop victimizing women ? It´s a thriller/horror manga of course theres going to be killing, torturing, rape etc. on top of that the rape scenes are very short and not graphic at all, what is graphic on the other hand is the MC killing people and mostly MEN BTW . Yes women are used as shock value but so are men, and dont act like there arent good written female characters in the story and the prequel aswell. this story isnt about putting down women its about a guy saving his sister stop being woke ^^ !
