Either they didn't time loop yet or they did and she was touching him at the end of the loop.

it's because a new day started, in this day, they're already stuck in the container

Either they didn't time loop yet or they did and she was touching him at the end of the loop.

a new day started in which they're stuck in the container, meaning he goes back to that point every time the day ends and loops, notice how she doesn't remember him being covered in blood

Should at least use the loop to see reaction of Aizawa to telling he is her brother, his loop situation, etc.
