She'd be in england and most european countries have an age of consent lower than that of the US. If he is at least 16, they could offically be a couple and fuck without legal repercussions, provided she is not his teacher.

This whole transferred to another school in an entirely different country doesn't even make sense for this manga. It's not like she's been shown to be an excellent teacher, so why would she get recommended to work in an overseas position? Let alone in England?

This is just a shitty way to wrap up the story without actually having to write a decent conclusion or even attempt to put a harem style ending together. Author probably got told to wrap it up at volume 9 here and they had to rush it to the goal line.
