What story? Unless the author comes up with some new Big Bad Boss, we've been eased into Slice-of-Life/Pollyticks territory here after the initial storyline.
And it's been made clear that Success equates to wives in this setting.
Especially when everybody is playing the Dynasty game, and familial connections are very much part of Politics.
MC contemplating a political marriage to drill-hair to grant her wish of restoring her family's status through their child ( as long as it's a son....) isn't that far-fetched, and has plenty of examples in actual history. "Western", Asian, African and "Indiginous American"...
Honestly.. The way MC is going about things isn't that different from how Ghengis Khan organised matters in taking and doling out concubines/wives, creating the "bonds of loyalty" expected from "family"...
And that familial-loyalty structure is still very much a part of japanese high society, so the author is really just using something about a century in the past, when this stuff was reality..

OP MC- I am not sure, recently he gain bad habits flirting with ladies
Random whispering- ...Maybe if you help your friend finding a waifu instead doing MC things and in the free time flirting/harem time with 4 girls, or think how you friend feel about that an non-realistic girls are always seeking attention to you with no friendly interaction with your friend, you don't care about their needs (as a friend or as a vassal loyal knight) and have an indifferent mentor about your harem cliche helping you about your responsibilities (saying something like "hey boy wanna take a drink with me and some lady, to take a relaxing you free time far from narcissist superficial harem-kun")
Note: If I don't make this monologue I will start to hate this MC and his NOBLE oriented fantasy world
(the adventurer school are just non hereditary nobles and you can't see a functional commoner that isn't a storytelling accessory related a noble story, is like you can question they have merchants selling pasta, cheap street food, non-asiatic burgers, cheese, or something that we don't know because noble-kun don't like to walk in the streets, don't like those vulgar things, or MC never invented because flirting girl or plothole don't leave him alone to use his brain and magic)

The issue with Eru is that he finds marriage troublesome and would rather just frequent a brothel. It's to the point he has rejected some prospects and will basicly be assigned a wife and a mistress after a few more arcs

He sees her nude becaus ehe enters the bathroom without knocking, on purpose, he has the "bad" habit on "stumbling" on the girls or something like it similar to gag mangas, well its a kind of play between hima nd the girls obviously, they don't mind it and just think its a weird joke/quirk of his (wich it is, he basically just lieks to pretend to be Rito lol)
They do get him to keep responsability since it was his fault for doing it too much without checking who is using the bath
