The abilities resides in the body.. If you turned into soul you lose your abilities.. That's literally what happen to Nirasawa and Ririka.. Just re-read the manga again.. They can't do shit.. Maybe they can talk with someone who had soul abilities like the telepath girl or the MC but they are just soul..
When they put in the different body they will lose the previous power and had to use the power that resides in the body.. like Yamada and Akemi..
His ability is actually overpower.. But it resides in that body.. If the your theory is true I don't think he can get it back unless whoever resides in that body move him in..
And then again if he is not really the real owner of the body why he can't remember it? Did that soul just lost his original memory? But Yamada and Akemi still maintain their memories tough..
I get that, but we don't have all the rules yet then what we know as you just stated (and I DID know that fact when I made my theory by the way!) For all we know MC could BREAK those rules! His power is VERY strange by the worlds Rule standard! And you said it, it's in the BODY not the SOUL! But who's to say if THIS isn't the MC the other one COULD still use CERTAIN abilities! And Writers have usually added TWISTS where their villain and Hero are usually the RULE BREAKER who chews up the ESTABLISHED rules and spits it out like used gum by being EXCEPTIONS or something that ESCAPED the reality of the rules!

I mean I could be wrong, and I'm keep it a THEORY and wondering HOW MANY PERCENTAGES of what I put forward is wrong or right! I've seen a few stories with the MC going through the story THINKING their the original owner of their body till we get a Total Recall situation where the big bad turned out to be THEMSELVES or specifically the ORIGINAL owner of their body. Hell I put forward a Theory that the OG owner of MC body MIGHT be possessing his Sister for all we know using ANOTHER method besides the "fuck em to get them possessed" method! It may not be THE ONLY method to get other POSSESSED. The Sex and Climax I mean! Maybe ONE! MC is STILL learning the in's and outs of his ability! Hell the Second Girl was all about PERFECTING the art of it for future use, and the PRINCE is considered cause her ability would make it EASIER to get the CLIMAX result (only held on HOLD because she's in the same class as his sister and her crones and messing with Ms. Prince MIGHT attract their attention! MC IS on a TIGHT timelimit before he "Graduates" soon and Sister FUFILLS her PROMISE to end him!
