Look, what a lovable collection of complete psycopaths. They get more psycho every chapter!
How about we solve the problem by terraforming this world with proton bombs?

Thanks for the translation XD

Mayu acting like a blind swordsman? I approve.

It's a good idea that Hiroto is looking for ways to improve his ability. Looks like the theory of him literally hacking ghosts to do his bidding might come into play.

But yeah, this is a destructive battle. The student council doesn't care about the potential heat coming from the government for doing this? At least Mayu is being clean about it and not going out of her way to turn Ririka into paste. I doubt Nirasawa is down for the count for good, but I don't expect her to win against a student council member this early.

Having a three-way fight for the fate of Ririka is a cool idea. Either Ririka escapes but Nirasawa gets captured or eventually Mayu and Kibitsu work out a deal: Let Kibitsu have Ririka as a personal toy and she will make sure Ririka won't be associated with Hiroto anymore.
I cba to type everything in both fonts so... LEFT SIDE is what I used in chapter 16 and RIGHT SIDE is chapter 15.

Uh...I'll say left side. Thanks for the update and response, Heat.

MC needs some more girls with some offensive firepower. They seem over matched atm.

Thanks for the upload, Heat.

Yea, Hiroto gaining a mind control/brainwash power from [Hacking Ghost] feels like the only way this story can go.

If it doesn't this story's gonna have a large cast of ghost characters floating by the MC's side when he finally defeats his sister. That, and he's kinda running out of loyal ghost followers who want to possess people—at this rate he might have to play Russian roulette again and throw anyone inside them.

It's pretty funny to think barely a day passed since Ririka's body got stolen. I doubt she would have ever thought there would be a day where a three way fight for her in the street would go down, especially with people who she literally never met or talked to before.

When it comes to the government I honestly thought Hiroto was a special case for plot reasons and they treated ability users causing mayhem as 'minor disturbances' as long as they don't cause too much trouble. Considering Ririka was outwardly turning students into sex slaves and ransoming them back to their parents, the government clearly isn't enforcing anything. Yea, I feel like the government is just a plot hole we're supposed to ignore unless we get more information on what they actually do to combat/threaten ability users who don't want to back down.

Uh-huh, Hiroto still needs to deal with the real Ririka once she comes back with her revenge plan so to brain-wash her to get her stop permanently is a good idea. Sucks for her but Hiroto is doing whatever he can to survive. Whatever the real Ririka is planning with her minion, she better execute it fast to have any chance of getting her body back before it gets turn into paste.

As for the government, I can't wait for them to learn more about them. If this battle doesn't cause them to be involved in this story, I guess it will take students actually dying for them to intervene.

Nah i will bet the author will double down and the reason the sister is like this will be some type of jealousy and possessiveness and we will be like this at the time it's revealed:

Ironlady's teeth are so large that she doesn't even get to open her mouth in any of the panels she talks in.

The author at some point is going to have to explain what everyone's problem is because this is way too much for what the stated problem is.

Ngl I don't see much of a difference
Yeah, though it's early in the story so makes sense the author is leaving "breadcrumbs" specifically on the hate towards MC which feels excessive and beyond because his sister wants him dead! And specifically WHY she wants him dead and hates him in the first place. It's weird, they way she treated him feels alot more like she hates him for "pretending" and if I'm right then a clap to the author for hiding it with alot of other stuff that it was hard to pinpoint the real reason

But yeah as they are now, MC stands no chance if his Ally (other girl has no useful COMBAT based power) lost against ONE of his sister's subordinate's

In the end the biggest mystery I'd "why his father died....and WHY it's adamant MC die as well!" At first it's strange why he is treated the way he is cause it's clear it's not because of his "ranking & powers" and gold digging. They talk like it was some incident. And I wouldn't be shocked if it's a split personality or possession thing. Since they seem to get WORSE when MC acts the way we see him act....as though to them "he's putting on an act they know but no one else does!"

the characters hiroto interacts with are basically a lynch mob for him, nothing else. theyre so exceedingly evil, they cannot claim any kind of justification to spare them when the backlash comes.
