From what I understand, that "one out of five" stat is incorrect. I think it originally comes from a study that was done on a college campus, but it used a gradient scale of 1 to 5 about how likely a guy was to do something, and then took 3 to 5 as "Yes you would assault a woman." So it was a predictive study that was using a bad methodology, and it wasn't even a study of actual incidents.

Unless you're referring to a different source, in which case everything I've said is irrelevant.
