It's funny how everyone has all these degenerate ideas about this manga, but in the end all it really is about are a couple of students in love who have a healthy sex life. That's it. She's unusual looking, and he seems to be kind of puny, but ultimately there doesn't appear to be anything particularly strange going on between these two. It's just the artist's odd art style. Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying the series, but I do still find it very funny what people say about it in comparison to what's actually happening.

I get where you are coming from, but the artist's style isn't odd, it's very much intentional. He's doing an odd paring in jest (she's getting taller and taller as the chapters progress), as a parody of a hyena relationship/behavior. Because of this, it isn't really fleshing out the characters to really understand whether this is particularly healthy or not.

If you take these chapters at face value, then their relationship isn't actually that healthy, as he doesn't really have any choice but to accept it in the beginning, and they have a very unequal power dynamic. But again, this is a parody of a hyena relationship/behavior.
