She's gone from being a somewhat large (and ever-so-slightly unusual in the eye and dental department) but otherwise fairly normal human girl to a literal gigantic monster, with six-foot shoulders and a handspan able to encompass a human torso.

If there's one criticism to be made about Zyugoya's work is that it seems like the characters have no real reference sheet.
He's really inconsistent with sizes and builds
