We are running our website on 3 different server won't go into too much details. we pay like 5$ per chap to translator. Weekly mangas and other mangas we do take a lot too. 3-4 7$ magazines monthly, or weekly depending on type of release. buy raws and LNs if possible for reference.

No, they're not. Which is why I'm fine with scanlators and translators being monetized through reasonable advertisements. But you're not the author and/or artist, so you shouldn't be paid for the work they did in creating the story. If you want to be paid, contact the owner of the work and solicit your services as official english translators for their work instead of paying the author for one copy that you then sell dozens (or more) times the amount of.

we're not asking for payment for the work. We're just asking for something so we can utilize it. Also we don't take a lot of money. Just look at previous comment I made. I briefly gave where all it goes. If you want I can share bills of payments made can't really do any more than this.
