There are many other translators who have managed this apparently herculean task of properly localising both dialects and tongue-slips into English perfectly, often at the same time. There are even accepted conventions on how to do it, like Kansai dialects being depicted with a more rural dialect of English. Also, plenty of us do understand Japanese to varying levels (I speak it conversationally thanks to having several Japanese friends, but don't have the time to properly learn kanji and don't want to be looking up vocab I don't know), but don't have either the time or the inclination to learn it well enough to read raw manga. That assumption is only showing your own arrogance.

Sidenote, that attitude of lashing out at people who criticise your work is exactly how you don't get better at translating.
