Like, every other chapter has him re-declaring he's going to help her with her dream, or that she's worried he'll tell her to stop when he's already shown that he'll encourage her to push through when it makes sense to.

It kind of feels like we're doing the exact same story beats but slightly different? I know I'm overanalyzing it, but I've just become real worn out on romcoms spinning their wheels, lately.

Also, who tf let the mangaka try to justify using a customer service job as a way to help an agoraphobic socially anxious (former) shut-in? 😭 Like bro, are we deadass rn?

I dunno what it's like in Japan, but considering they made a big deal about not knowing each others names, maybe there is some weight to her worries of abandonment. If that's the case, makes sense she would need extra reassurance (as far as this manga's gimmick goes).
