Rosario not only just got out of prison, he is/was a part of some “mob”, yet he was able to enter the country. Not gonna fly (pun unintended) in 2020s, but 90s before we have security theaters everywhere… maybe possible.
And, that’s how George is bringing the setting back to past after the reveal of the existence of “social media” in the story.
George seems to not know what to do with the manga right now, so he is making some chapters like fillers, was Rosario supposed to be creepy? Was he supposed to look goofy? Or was it bossy? Maybe he follows the gang's rules too much? Who knows. I'll bet the whole Marcus's fiasco will be shortened and the social media thing will be completely dropped in the anime (that is, if it ever comes out one day), because Morikawa doesn't know the huge weight that putting the internet in the world would give to it. The author should just get a whole month to rest and then start going monthly. Now they have analog weights, the social media thing really looks like a faux pas.
The social media and smartphone reveal was literally just a gag and a bit and I don't know why it appeared at all (other than to screw the timeline)Rosario not only just got out of prison, he is/was a part of some “mob”, yet he was able to enter the country.
