@Koal I beg to differ, Takamura is clearly the worst friend. But Aoki and Kimura are definitely close seconds (though sometimes Aoki has been a great bud to Ippo).

Also, why is Ippo not even thinking a little bit about how this match's stipulation potentially totally screws him over? If I were him I would be pissed that the Coach, Yagi, and Itagaki set this all up without his agreement, potentially screwing over his dream match with Miyata.

I can see Aoki acting like this, but Kimura? Idk this just feels so wrong for him to be acting this way. He's always seemed way more empathetic or down-to-earth compared to Aoki. Yeah he's still an ass, but I can't really see him having this reaction
