This is typical manga ridiculousness. When they said that she was stupid rich, so rich that even her bloodline back in the caveman age was rich, they explained HOW RICH SHE WAS.
They were not kidding the amount of wealth she has. With said wealth, anything is basically possible for her, save for buying Binko-san's friendship. So, we're on the boat to watch silliness, random eroticism (page 12, woohoo), and absolute cuteness because cuteness is justice.
Also, the maid is watching from the chair.
