• I like to see the asides translated, or whatever they're called in manga.
• Capitalize I when referring to yourself.
• "With my own equipment... I can't believe it!" Looks odd turned sideways.
• "Of course I'm!" should be, "Of course I am!"
• "But most important" = "importantly"
• ..."who lives in his next door" = ..."who lives next door"
• "Let's get used to it"? I have no idea what she is trying to say.
• "Yanme-san chewing sound..." = Yanme-san's
• "You're way too good on this!" = too good with this
