MC has literally no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Yes, he's extremely stupid since he keeps listening to his friend who clearly has no idea what he's talking about and always gives extremely bad advice that's tantamount to encouraging sexual harassment and probably rape. But if that was the only issue, it wouldn't be so bad, because the fact of the matter is that MC is also a terrible person who's looking for any excuse to do exactly that and never shows an ounce of empathy for the FL or giving any indication that he sees her as anything other than a mindless sex doll. I feel really bad for her considering she's apparently trying to give this an honest go and giving him the benefit of the doubt despite MC doing everything he can to fuck shit up for both of them at every opportunity.
