You remember wrong.
They don't know each other, same school is all. And Risa interest to make friend with Eko so she know her. While Eko don't forget, more of she never pay attention to anyone else. Even when they met when she saved her from bully, She left before they even have a conversation, and she was under a cold. And it even show us her POV too, only when she got home she regret, she not look at her savior properly.
Risa actually more mysterious. like how the friend she mention, why she hasn't been texting with her.
