So the problem is that to be that angry about her behavior is to completely ignore how neglectful and abusive they’ve been towards her to date. She didn’t say “oh, how could i have failed you as a mother for you to be acting like this”, she said “what a disgusting slut”. Not verbatim, but that’s the vibe. Furthermore, without the packaging, it’s just a vibrator. It’s normal. To be that angry before having the script as context is just wrong, and even with the script as context a better parent would ask if they’re okay before calling their child disgusting.
