This is one of those manga where it's obvious to both parties from early on that there's attraction and affection between them (as evidenced by grinding crotches together to orgasm and such), and it's not so much about "does the other person like me or not?" and more about whether they're mentally ready to enter into a relationship. So I don't think confessions are gonna be as important as they are in some other romance manga.
