Manga I can't remember was a romcom about two delinquents heads. Iirc, one was the head of an all boy's school and the other a head of an all girl's school.
One thing both of these delinquents shared in common was their love for some children superhero tv show, becoming fast chat buddies on the tv show's forums(?).

Last thing I remember was a chapter in which mc was leading an attack on the other's school and somehow ended up in rollerskates and princess carrying fmc.
