Man, the show is significantly better having read this. If they had properly advertised it as a sequel maybe it would've reviewed better. Crazy they aired it without really giving a background for any of the main characters.

Unfortunately the rough translations of 15-20 that were posted on Tumblr a decade ago no longer seem to exist anywhere on the internet, so a case and a half are now missing... If someone knows a rough summary at least, that would be appreciated.
