You consider this travesty good writing? This was a cheap cop out so the writer could have his cake and eat it too. Now he can move on to the "Ayano vs Connie" finale without letting Nagisa, his favourite character, be properly defeated. That's just cheap.

Since neither Ayano nor Connie was able to beat Nagisa, the final match will lack impact. It will feel weak for a finale since they didn't prove they're the strongest.

[Loooong sigh] As I was afraid, the worst possible outcome of the match happened... Not only the shot was out, the lost because of her knee, and now the trainers all agree that Connie was superior so the match was decided anyway? come on... really. I won't talk much about that, what really was good is that they shown them having fun, because with this favoritism it wouldn't be weird if they shown Connie's struggling for one point while Nagisa is happy- AH WELL !!

Let's see what's up! the best 4 are all very cool and seems like Connie no longer has a fixation to crush Ayano (I thought that was only in the anime but previous chapter seemed like it was in the manga too) so there are no enemies anymore, only rivals and that's really cool!

I always noticed that, at least on this page, the favoritism towards Ayano is obvious. It's ironic that many complain about Nagisa winning while her knee is injured, but then they also complain that Nagisa lost because of her knee. Should they be so damn happy? And they'll come out with their crap about how "she's a boring, shonen-type character." Come on, I haven't seen a single positive comment, just trash talk.
