Is he? I don't think so. The princess summoned him from his world with the sole purpose of using him as a tool to go kill demons, and then to kill him unceremoniously in an act of pure bigotry. The MC is using the tools available to him to become stronger and turn the tables on his kidnappers and would-be murderers. The fact that it's psychological torture and brainwashing and possibly eventually rape is kind of immaterial, it is literally "self defense rape."

Basically, the bandit is constantly teased and humiliated (with some help from her victims), and then he goes and makes the mad scientist woman who hired the bandits into his toy too.

This is basically meant to appeal to the same niche that enjoys Redo of Healer. But there is a lot of focus on manipulating people.
