Feels like it. This didn't just fast forward through some random, nothing events. These were major events in each characters story. These were their goals (the drum shop, art, passing) and we got them all in one chapter. It's not a normal time skip. Not sure where it would even go from here if it didn't end. It would have to create new goals for them to pursue and kind of reset.
