I'm kind of surprised at all the marijuana manga lately. From my very narrow view of Japanese public consciousness I figured legalization was a million years away, has there been more conversation about it recently?

Oh god my terrible memory and habit of not bookmarking anything uh...
Off the top of my head I can only think of Prison, Jimoto Saikou, and a several vaguely remembered oneshots addressing it directly and Yani Neko and Majo to Kyurasu making allusions to it. And I'm going insane trying to find a newish series that I swear had a bong on the cover. Maybe I'm just imagining more of a pattern than there is.
