Oh god my terrible memory and habit of not bookmarking anything uh...
Off the top of my head I can only think of Prison, Jimoto Saikou, and a several vaguely remembered oneshots addressing it directly and Yani Neko and Majo to Kyurasu making allusions to it. And I'm going insane trying to find a newish series that I swear had a bong on the cover. Maybe I'm just imagining more of a pattern than there is.

I hope the artist is doing okay, given the themes of Blue-Green Saudade. I didn't click with that one enough to follow it weekly but it seemed like an interesting one, if a bit heavy.
