While I love the ending, I really appreciate having this glimpse into Shio's life as a sort of second ending. Truly, she's better off than I expected from her pre-Satou and post-Satou situations, at the very least her Happy Sugar Life isn't hurting anyone.

This chapter is so powerful in so many ways. It is a great time skip, and it hurts to see her love still holding strong. I love that Shio still loves cooking and sweets. I feel a lot here, but I can't find the words to express my joy, pain, and sorrow.
