I'd say seeing someone's blood actively causing the plants it touches to rot away would be a pretty clear signal that they're not human, yes.

Seems to be the idea. Whatever variety of monster Ef is, has blood that is harmful to organic matter, as evidenced by how the plants rot away when making contact with it. The scientists remarked about how a whole bite would take Kopeko down, and that the other Ef-like girl wouldn't be useful as her blood has less potency than Ef's.

Thank you for the new chapter. I am always thinking about this series. It is so intriguing. I am guessing those scientists rabbits may be some type of aliens as they are hunting humans too. I guess no one is safe in that planet.
More than likely that human girl died. It is such a shame and she was kindhearted and really pretty.

Interesting that she used to be a carnivore. So this new girl, her old friend who's name I do not remember is not the same species as her, nor of the main character monster, but also probably also no human, I want to see what all these characters look like to humans. Also offscreen Father is sus.
